Campaign Commander™ Application Now Available on salesforce.com’s AppExchange.

Salesforce.com, the enterprise cloud computing company, today announced that Emailvision, a leading email marketing company, has extended its use of Salesforce CRM to support its continued international development strategy. By using the Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, Emailvision can monitor real-time activities in its various subsidiaries and optimize its local sales operations.

Emailvision has been relying on Salesforce CRM for 5 years and has 80% of its global headcount using the Sales Cloud worldwide to manage the relationships with over 2,000 customers and 4,500 users worldwide.

The project was led by the Emailvision marketing department to best serve their users’ needs. The marketing team, who are highly skilled in using Salesforce CRM, also perform first-level training for sales and customer service personnel.

Emailvision primarily uses the Sales Cloud for lead management in conjunction with marketing campaigns and tradeshows, and monitors return on investment from events and seminars to facilitate the decision-making process regarding future participation. Sales personnel also receive Blackberrybased lead alerts. The Sales Cloud also provides real-time monitoring and update of prospect status and order initiation.

As a core component of our strategy, cloud computing is one of the underlying technologies of our environment and salesforce.com was therefore a natural partner to support our global expansion. Given our significant growth, we needed to implement a single platform providing visibility, accelerated response time and productivity for all of our globally distributed sales teams,” said Nathalie Chaboche, Marketing Director Emailvision.

Emailvision also opted for the Service Cloud from Salesforce.com to manage and optimize the quality of its customer service. Emailvision is now able to handle maintenance trouble tickets more easily and treat them with higher relevance. To improve the interaction with its customers, partners and employees, Emailvision also intends to deploy Salesforce Ideas. By collecting individual comments and suggestions online from its customer and partner communities, Emailvision will be able to further accelerate time-to-market and strengthen the relationships with its business ecosystem.

Emailvison: happy customer and successful partner.
Emailvision’s Campaign Commander™ application is also available on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange. Emailvision made the application available to satisfy the high demand of its customers who were using both Salesforce CRM and the Campaign Commander and wanted a powerful, yet easy-to-use suite of tools for mass email and direct mail that integrated with each other.
